Congratulations Obama

While I may not agree with a damn thing the man stands for, I’m so proud of my country for finally putting someone other than a white man in the White House.

Today, I’m putting aside the fact that my side lost (twice this election cycle, actually, Clinton and McCain) and celebrating our first black President. What a giant leap for our country, and I am so happy for all of you who fought for this. Job well done.

Tomorrow, I’m back to not caring about politics. Hah. This election season has exhausted me!
